As part of student technology fees, students have a print allocation each semester. The ECU ITCS Help Desk can assist students with questions about their printing allocation and with any problems with it, including if you have a zero balance at the start of a semester. Simply stop by the ITCS Help Desk in 103 Austin or call them at 252-328-9866. Neither the library's service desks nor the Pirate Techs offices can assist with printing allocation issues.
