Basic technical assistance for Joyner Library desktops and laptops, including printing issues, and other minor software related questions can be received at the Circulation and Research Desks on the first floor, and the Teaching Resources Center desk on the second floor.  

Technical support for personally owned student computers may be found at Pirate Techs, which is operated by ITCS, on the first floor of Joyner Library (Room 1101 on the map below).
