If the library catalog shows that an item is "Available" but you are unable to find it on the shelf, the item might be in use by another patron in the building, missing, or have been pulled for a hold for someone else. Please contact the libraries via the information provided below and we will attempt to locate the material and inform you when the item is found. Be sure to have the title and call number or volume/issue number of the item when asking at a service desk. You may instead use the Place Hold feature of the library catalog to have library staff look for the item and contact you.

You may also request the item through Interlibrary Loan to be borrowed from another library for free for you. Sometimes items can come from another library within a week while we're looking for our copy.
