You can only purchase the TRC cash cards from the Circulation desk.
The poster maker service will allow ECU students, staff, faculty, and area educators to produce posters and banners for a small fee. Patrons may purchase a TRC Cash Card at the circulation desk for $5. This card may be used toward the purchase of lamination and/or poster printing (lamination=50¢foot, 24" X 36" poster=$5.00, 24" X 72" poster=$10.00). The poster making software allows patrons to design original posters from a blank page or use a preloaded template. Patrons can also load personally designed posters/banners that have been converted to a PDF and saved to a flash drive. The TRC Cash Card is a card that serves a dual purpose in the TRC. Available at Joyner Library's Circulation desk, this card allows ECU students, staff, faculty and area educators to purchase an additional 10 feet of lamination for just $5. Additionally, the card may be used to produce and print posters (24" X 36"=$5.00 and 24" X 72"=$10.00) or in any purchase combination of lamination and/or posters. Patrons can purchase as many cards as they need. Note: Card not valid if altered. Cards cannot be replaced if stolen, lost, or damaged. Additionally, the Teaching Resources Center is not responsible for any materials damaged in the process of laminating. Please feel free to ask for assistance at the TRC service desk.
